OUR FREIGHT POLICY

We care about the safety of your orders which is why ALL parcels are sent with a tracking Number.  With the exception being for stickers - but selecting the cheaper option means no tracking and we will not be responsible for untracked items once they leave our doorstep.

Once orders have left we are unable to control delivery times. Australia Post advise standard shipping should arrive between 3 - 7 working days pending location. 

If tracking is listed as "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel or have concerns, we ask you contact your local post office to raise a dispute. Please note that Crazy Dog Lady will NOT provide a refund once the status of your shipping is "Delivered".

PICK UP 

Pick Up is also available. Times are by arrangement and we are flexible on these times to suit our working customers.

BROWN AREA - $15.00

GREEN AREA - $20.00

Outside of those areas Australia Post is a cheaper option for lower weight items.
