SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crazy Dog Lady - Pet Supplies.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

* Local pickup is available from Deception Bay, Queensland.

* Items can be collected from dog shows around South East Qld that we are attending

* All orders are processed same day or next day depending on when payment is received.

* Exception is handmade items which can take up to 7-10 days depending on the workload

* Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

* Please note:  Payment is required up front for any handmade items, and any custom items are non returnable / non refundable.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Generally we ship via Australia Post. Please note this is a guideline only and delays in freight are out of our control.

Normal Post - (ETA 2 to 5 days depending on location)
* Up to 500 g is $11.15
* 500 - 1 kg is $15.25
* 1 kg to 3 kg is $19.30
* 3 kg to 5 kg is $23.30
Express post - (ETA 1 to 2 days, but can be more depending on location) 
* Up to 500 g is $14.65
* 500 - 1 kg is $19.25
* 1 kg to 3 kg is $23.80
* 3 kg to 5 kg is $31.80

Alternatively freight can be arranged via Fastway Couriers for LOCAL AREA ONLY.
Local Brisbane area - up to 25 kg - $15.00
Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gympie - up to 25 kg - $25.00

PICK UP from our premises is no charge.







SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING ORDER

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

DAMAGES

Crazy Dog Lady is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please contact us so that we can obtain a quote for freight.

Please note: Customs, Duties and Taxes - Crazy Dog Lady is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
